About

Dulce first discovered Yoga and Ayurveda in Sedona while on her own healing journey of illness and recovery. She received her 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher Certification with the Yoga Alliance in 2016 before completing her Bachelor’s in Art History. Dulce went on to receive her 300 Hour Registered Ayurvedic Yoga Teacher Certification with the Yoga Alliance in 2019 and her Health Coaching Certification through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2020. Dulce has additionally completed her Level 1 Healer Training under David Elliott, and has taken several Ayurvedic trainings.

Qualifications

IIN Health Coach, (to be certified with AADP and IAHC), 500 RYT Yoga and Meditation Teacher; Level 1 Breathwork Healer

Her BA in Art History and current undertaking of an MS in Historic Preservation additionally influence her creative approach to wellbeing. Appointments may incorporate art, design, history, and philosophy to further promote the holistic healing journey.

Health coaches are not physicians or dieticians, and do not diagnose diseases or prescribe medications or dietary treatment plans. We coach our clients, actively listening to everything relevant to their wellbeing on and off the plate. Health coaches guide clients to understand themselves as individuals and gain an intuitive sense of what works for their bodies.

In a world of an abundant intake of information, it can be helpful to sift through dietary theories, exercise protocols, and lifestyle practices with an expert. Working with a health coach can also help clients move from the information stage to the transformation stage, taking into account factors in the home, workplace, relationships, etc. that can hinder the healthy decisions a person already knows they could be making.

It is my goal as a health coach for my clients to no longer need me. As my client, I will help you to curate a healthy lifestyle that is perfectly suited for you.
